Baldwin-Whitehall Council of PTA meetings will be held at the
Baldwin High School
in Room 322 at 9:30 A.M.
Everyone is invited to attend the meetings. The School Superintendent attends each meeting and we hear a district update and you have an opporturnity to ask him questions. We will have other speakers throughtout the year.
Only members of the Executive Board, Unit Presidents & Delegates have voting privileges.

Meetings at BHS, we are asking you to arrive by 9:15 AM. to the pool entrance located in the South Lot of the Baldwin High school. A security guard will meet us there as a group and then escort us to
Room 322.
If you arrive after 9:15 AM. or you see the guard isn't there, YOU MUST still park in the South Parking lot, enter the building using the main entrance, sign-in with the security guard and then proceed to room 322.
Your car needs to be out of the South Parking Lot by 1:15pm; this is the time the school buses start to arrive to pick up the students after school.

"Navigating the new district website". Thank you to Tim Winner.
Dr. Korchnak spoke to council about the "School Energy Pledge Program." Elementary students will see an assembly and then take a pledge card home for their family to sign pledging to conserve energy. When the pledge card is sent in to Dug. Light, the family will receive 5 compact fluorescent light bulbs, 2 LED night lights, weather stripping, and a furnace whistle. Your school receives $25
